DELIVERY TIME
We try to ship all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes:
2 to 5 working days for major cities 3 to 7 working days for other areas
Delivery time may change due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer fair and simple shipping rates. The shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you place your order, our team will contact you for confirmation. If we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed or canceled.
PACKING AND SAFETY
We pack all stones and jewelry with care to protect them during delivery. Every parcel is sealed to avoid damage, moisture, or breakage.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you can request your tracking number. This helps you check your parcel status anytime.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at your address.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us immediately. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
If you enter the wrong address or the courier cannot deliver the parcel due to your unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, you may have to pay the reshipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be added in the future.
