We want you to feel safe when you shop at LuckyStones.pk. Every gemstone and jewelry item is checked for quality before shipping. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Please understand that gemstones have natural shapes, patterns, and color tones. No two stones are 100% the same. Small variations are normal and not considered defects.
ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
You can request a refund or replacement if:
You receive a wrong product You receive a damaged product You receive a product that is not as described Your parcel is lost during shipping
In these cases, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please provide a clear photo or video of the issue so we can check it.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
We cannot offer a refund or return in the following cases:
If you ordered the wrong stone by mistake If you change your mind after receiving the product If the stone has minor natural marks If the item is damaged after use If you remove the seal or break the jewelry setting
Custom-made jewelry is also not eligible for return because it is made specially for you.
RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact us at khizertariqofficial@gmail.com with your order number and evidence (photo/video). Step 2: Our team will review your case and guide you. Step 3: If approved, you will be asked to send the product back in original condition. Step 4: After checking the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
REFUND TIME
Refunds are made to your bank account or mobile wallet. Processing time may take 5 to 10 working days after approval.
SHIPPING COSTS
If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the mistake is from the customer’s side (wrong order, wrong size, etc.), the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After shipping, the order cannot be canceled.
